Experienced Vice Provost and faculty member in health professions and biomedical sciences education. Demonstrated history of leadership working in the higher education industry and public health. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Program Evaluation, Volunteer Management, Public Speaking, and Curriculum Development. Earned degrees include a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University (SU); a Master's degree (M.P.A.) in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at SU, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Graduate College at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Serves as Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Past Chair, Chief Academic Officers Executive Group, Association of Academic Health Centers/AAMC.

Since 2016, the Nexus Summit has been co-created with patients, family and community members. In 2023, our Patient Responders shared the personal experiences that drive their passion for change that positively impacts patient care and outcomes.   The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is a comprehensive Academic Health Center with seven health professions colleges and an interdisciplinary graduate college focused on the biomedical sciences.
