Dr. Au, Director of Interprofessional Education and Practice at the University of California, Irvine, is a trailblazer in healthcare education. Our lightning talk will focus on an innovative interprofessional curriculum, the Medical Ethics, Sociology and Humanities (MESH course), which aims to cultivate critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and cultural understanding among healthcare students.
