Dr. Patricia Reidy joined the nursing faculty at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2004 and is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Community Engagement, School of Nursing and a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
She has been instrumental in promoting interprofessional education and practice at the MGH Institute. She has received over $ 4.1 million dollars in grant funding from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration Bureau of Health Workforce to lead initiatives in team-based care for persons living with multiple chronic conditions , support academic-clinical partnerships with MGH Institute in behavioral health and a student-faculty collaborative practice.
