Kevin T. Fuji, PharmD, MA is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Sciences in the Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. He received his PharmD from Creighton University and his MA in Educational Psychology (focus on qualitative, quantitative, and psychometric methods) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Fuji is a pharmacist health services researcher whose work focuses on using qualitative and mixed methods to explore various aspects of health care including the use of technology by patients and providers, interprofessional practice models, and addressing social determinants of health in individuals with chronic conditions.

The objective of this national study was to examine the interprofessional education (IPE) curricula and assessment methods in health profession colleges/schools and academic health centers. A 55.6% response rate was obtained (n=69). Data was analyzed descriptively with frequency counts and means as appropriate. The open-ended questions were analyzed by three researchers using a qualitative content analysis process.
