Jennifer Evans is the Assistant Dean of Nursing and an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Indiana's (USI) College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP). She holds a DNP in Organizational Systems Leadership, as well as an MSN in Nursing Education and Bachelor degrees in Nursing and Health Services from the USI. Jennifer is credentialed as a Certified Nurse Coach from the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing. Jennifer has been recognized with a variety of honors and awards, including the CNHP Faculty Development Award, Excellence in Teaching Award, MIPERC Team Demonstration Award, Nexus Award from the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Faculty Leadership Scholar, and American Association of Colleges of Nursing Excellence in Advancing Nursing Practice Award. Her scholarship interest include interprofessinal education, student grit and resiliency, and leadership succession planning.
