Dr. Wray is an accomplished Emergency Room physician, dedicated educator, and Associate Director of UCI's Emergency Medicine residency program. Her innovative approach to medical education includes the introduction of Dean's Scholars, physicians who mentor students throughout their medical school journey. Under her guidance, the Clinical Foundations/Doctoring course saw a remarkable transformation, becoming one of the highest-rated course in the first two years at UCIrvine School of Medicine . Dr. Wray's commitment to student feedback and mentorship has been instrumental in this achievement. Balancing her role with the demands of the emergency department, Dr. Wray continues to inspire and guide future physicians, emphasizing the importance of clinical skills and lifelong learning.
