Dr. Satinder Pal Kaur, with a Ph.D. in Sociology from Panjab University, researched the challenges faced by nurses in rotational shifts. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor's in Sociology and Philosophy from Panjab University. At Gardens Alive, she excelled as a Forecasting Data Analyst, managing global operations. Passionate about education and community upliftment, she worked with NGOs World Vision and Prayas, and taught underprivileged students. Proficient in SPSS, STATA, Minitab, and SQL, her interests include gender equality and education. Her journey reflects a commitment to research, education, and social work.

This poster presents an overview of a program evaluation and a subsequent project informed by the evaluation. The first portion of this project was undertaken by an interdisciplinary team in a graduate program evaluation course in collaboration with the Saint Louis University (SLU) IPE program. The IPE community practicum at SLU has been ongoing in partnership with community agencies for several years.
