Rose St. Paul is a 2nd-year student in the Master of Science in Applied Nutrition-Dietetics Focus program at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Born to immigrant parents from Haiti, Rose is fluent in Haitian Creole and conversational Spanish. She is an author and nutrition education advocate, with a passion for research. Rose is always engaging in activities that will enhance her interprofessional collaboration skills. She believes that collaborative efforts within an interprofessional team are essential for reducing inequities in healthcare access, thereby narrowing the access gap and enhancing public health outcomes.

Poster presentation illustrating effective collaboration in an interprofessional healthcare team, via telehealth. Featuring students from various health disciplines, this simulation involved understanding professional roles and responsibilities, communicating openly and respectfully, establishing common goals, respecting diversity, sharing knowledge and expertise, and developing a patient-centered care plan through IP collaboration.
