Nichole Gomez, CPXP, is the Chief Patient Experience Officer at PrimaryOne Health, where she oversees patient experience and health center operations. She joined the FQHC in 2022, after a decade of serving in leadership roles at Mount Carmel Medical Group, part of Trinity Health. There, she developed a patient experience training program and led several transformative operational initiatives to improve access to care, earning the inaugural Service Excellence Award in 2020. Prior to her segue into the medical setting, Nichole spent four years in leadership with Heartland Dental. An Illinois native, she actively contributed to her community, serving on the City Council. Nichole brings extensive expertise in medical group and dental operations to her role.
