Dr. Greenfield's background includes neuro-inpatient rehabilitation with specialty areas including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injuries, and sexuality. Jacob is a Certified Stroke Recovery Specialist (CSRS) as well as certified in aquatic therapy through ATRI. Additionally, Dr. Greenfield is a Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapy Practitioner (CSOT). He is involved in WVU's inter-professional education activities for occupational therapy students with an emphasis on poverty and homelessness. He sits on the Cancer Committee and Survivorship Team through the WVU Medicines Cancer Center. Jacob is also embedded in the brain tumor clinic, where he performs functional screens with patients.
