Dr. Stephens is an Associate Professor for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program in the Graduate Nursing Department. I am a committed, compassionate healthcare professional, offering broad-based leadership and teaching experience within various clinical specialties, focusing on quality improvement in Critical Care and Palliative care in the intensive care unit. This expertise guides a foundation for graduate nursing education to effectively promote safe and quality care through collaborative inter-professional healthcare teams.
