Audrey Aitelli is a third-year MD student. She has served on Duke’s IPEC Student Advisory Committee (SAC) for three years in the roles of Chair of the Social Committee, MD Representative of the SAC Leadership Team, and Communication Chair of the SAC Leadership Team. She is passionate about increasing interprofessional teamwork in health education to develop future health care providers who effectively collaborate across disciplines. She is currently working on strategies to increase student engagement and SAC productivity.

Background: The Duke Health Center for Interprofessional Education and Care (IPEC) was created to develop interdisciplinary skills and collaboration between healthcare students.
