Dr. Stella Ogake is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center. Alongside her clinical role, she actively contributes to educational initiatives, serving as one of the Associate Program Directors of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship program. Her teaching engagements at the College of Medicine vary, ranging from Longitudinal Practice preceptorship to facilitating small group sessions. She serves as an Interprofessional Education (IPE) champion for the College of Medicine, promoting collaborative learning experiences for students and faculty alike.

Based on student feedback, leaders from the Doctor of Medicine (MD) curriculum and the Office of Interprofessional Practice and Education (OIPE) at The Ohio State University developed a new module for medical students to learn interprofessional (IP) collaborative competencies within a required clinical experience, Patients with Populations (PWP).
