Reilly is from Long Island, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Maryland. She is currently a second year medical student at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to serving as a member of the Interprofessional Harm Reduction Team, she is also a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Osteopathic Service Fraternity, Secretary of the Neuro/Psych Club, and an Orientation Leader. In her free time, she volunteers as a Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line.

Harm reduction encompasses a myriad of practical strategies to minimize the negative outcomes of individuals who use drugs. This project aimed to achieve a multifaceted objective: promoting the successful reintegration and recovery of individuals exiting the Cumberland County Jail (CCJ) in Portland, Maine, while concurrently reducing the stigma surrounding substance use disorders.
