Jared Malott, PharmD completed his PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency with The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and PrimaryOne Health. He earned his PharmD from The University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and completed a PGY1 Community-based residency with Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Malott has extensive experience in community, academic, and ambulatory care settings. He is passionate about innovative patient-care initiatives and practices as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at UC Health and is Adjunct faculty at The University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. He aims to achieve board certification and advocate for underserved patient populations while educating future pharmacists.
