Iris Dupanovic, MS is an Evaluation and Publishing Committee Leader for the Sex and Gender Health Collaborative of the American Medical Women's Association. She is also the Vice President of Recruitment for AMWA's National Premedical Division. She holds a MS in Biomedical Sciences and a BS in Biopsychology from Tufts University.

Sex and gender-related health disparities significantly impact patient outcomes. Despite the importance of sex- and gender-based medicine (SGBM) in personalizing medical care to patients’ unique needs, health professional education and training is lacking sex and gender health education (SGHE) content.
