Dr. Cecile Foshee is a distinguished scholar with 24 years of experience in learning and development, specializing in health professions education. As the Director of the Office of Interprofessional Learning at Cleveland Clinic, she is dedicated to fostering an interprofessional collaborative culture. Dr. Foshee achieves this through coaching interprofessional teams, designing innovative programs, teaching master-level courses, facilitating faculty development workshops, and mentoring diverse groups and individuals. She holds the rank of Associate Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the graduate faculty at Cleveland State University and serves as the Cleveland Clinic director of the Master of Education in Health Professions Education degree program, offered in partnership with Cleveland State University.
